What is the condition of the used items you sell?
All my items are stain-free and without holes or tears. They also come from a smoke-free environment. They are the highest quality used clothing.

What brands do you sell?
I do not sell anything from stores like Wal-Mart or Target. I sell only the highest quality brand names such as Baby Gap, Gymboree, OshKosh, Carter's, Old Navy, Kenneth Cole, Ralph Lauren, etc.

Within one business day.

Every day, sometimes several times a day.

What if there is a problem with something I have purchased?
If you receive your item and are not happy with it, let me know and I will do everything I can to fix the problem, including returns, refunds, or exchanges. You have 14 days from the day of shipping (unless you are an international customer, in which case e-mail me and we will work out the problem on a case-by-case basis) to let me know there is a problem.
